어렵고 한계 투성이이며 부끄러울 일 많고 별 볼 일 없는 건 인생이 아니라, 나의 사고방식입니다.
한계를 만드는 사고방식을 붙드는 대신 마음을 활짝 열어

새로운 생각을 품기로 할 때 나는 성장하고 변화할 수 있습니다.
이미 다 안다고 생각하는 태도는 앞으로의 발전도, 새로움도 기대하기 어려울 것입니다.
내가 경험한 세상은 이 세상의 극히 일부에 지나지 않으며,

나의 모습 또한 보이는 것이 전부가 아닙니다.
우주의 거대한 현명한 힘과 지성은 나의 편입니다.

Life is truly free and easy.
It is not life that is difficult, full of limitations, shameful, and insignificant, but my way of thinking.
When I open my mind wide and embrace new ideas instead of holding 

on to the way of thinking that creates limitations, I can grow and change.
The attitude of thinking that I already know everything will 

make it difficult to expect any future development or newness.
The world I have experienced is only a very small part of this world,
and what I see is not everything.
The great wise power and intelligence of the universe are on my side.
I let go of my limiting way of thinking.
