 [6월 28일 아침]
비행기를 타면 비상시 산소호흡기를
먼저 보호자가 낀 다음에 아이에게 껴주라고 합니다.
마찬가지로 우선 나를 돌보는 것은
결코 이기적인 행동이 아니에요.
내가 행복해야 내 주변 사람도 행복하게 할 수 있으니까요.

When on an airplane, in case of an emergency, 
the guardian first puts on the oxygen respirator, 
and then the child is told to put it on. 
Likewise, taking care of yourself first is never a selfish act. 
I have to be happy to make the people around me happy too.
