내가 이동할 때 현실의 집은 같이 이동할 수 없지만, 마음의 집은 가는 곳이 어디든 나와 함께 이동합니다.
나를 사랑하는 것은 자신에게 언제든 머물 수 있는 안락하고 편한 집을 제공하는 것과 같습니다.
자기를 사랑할 때 마음도 그렇게 쉴 수 있습니다.
내 마음 구석진 자리에서부터 청소하듯 한 번에 하나씩 변화시켜 가면 언젠가는
