[9월 12일 아침]

남들이 나에 대해 한 이야기가 머릿속에 떠올랐을 때

그 이야기를 내가 믿어버리면

그 순간부터 나를 지배하기 시작합니다.

내 머릿속에서 떠올랐다고 그 생각이 다 진실은 아니에요.

원래 내 생각도 아니었는데,

그 사실을 잊고 지배당하지 마세요. 

 

When a story others say about me pops into my head and I believe it, 

it begins to dominate me from that moment on. 

The thoughts that popped into my head are not all true. 

It wasn't even my idea originally, 

but don't forget that and don't be dominated.
