'나는 과거가 아닌 지금 이 순간을 살고 있습니다'

 

어린시절에 녹음된 낡은 나의 오디오 테이프에는 부정적인 메세지가 많습니다.
부모님이 강요한 비판과 ' ~해야만 한다'와 같은 내용이죠.
'나는 너를 사랑한다.너는 정말 멋진 아이야 모든 사람들이 널 좋아한단다'와 같은 긍정적 메세지는 부족합니다.
이제 나는 그 낡은 오디오 테이프를 삭제할 것입니다.
내면의 울림에 조심스럽게 귀를 기울이고, 나를 불편하게 하는 생각으로부터 등을 돌립니다.
오래되고 부정적인 메세지들은 진실이 아닙니다.
나는 새롭게 창조할 수 있고 그럴 능력이 있는 사람이며 사랑받을 가치가 있습니다.
내 삶은 목적이 있고 내가 얼마나 멋진 사람인지 새로운 오디오 테이프를 만들 때입니다.
